Traditional Masala
A blend of loose leaf black tea and eight spices based on our family recipe. The masala includes black and white peppercorns, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg, valerian root.
Green Tea
Masala
A blend of loose leaf green tea and a five spice combination (cloves, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon) that was created in my home by experimentation and experience - I hope my great-grandmother approves of the evolution of the family recipe. Since green tea is much more delicate, it called for a subtle spice blend.
Wupperthal Rooibos Masala
A blend of rooibos and the same eight spices from the family recipe. Since rooibos has its own earthy, robust taste, it could be blended with all eight spices of the family recipe.
Pure White
Tea
A purely loose leaf white tea from Darjeeling. To allow the tea drinker to experience the subtleties of the flavour and the delicate nature of white tea, we have left the leaf to itself. I particularly enjoy white tea in the afternoon, brewed with water just under boiling.
